Oil revenue could provide the Government with much needed funds to invest in infrastructure, education and healthcare. From exploration to refining, the oil industry has the potential to create thousands of jobs, empowering local communities and reducing unemployment. Rwanda, already ranks high in ease-of-doing-business metrics. With oil in the mix, International Companies are likely to take notice, bringing in Billions of Dollars in Investments.
